The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

We enjoy sitting on the front porch looking at the 'park' just as much as sitting on the back porch viewing the lake. The house is so close to the lake with unobstructed views and a gentle walk. We've been visiting Lake Hartwell for over 10 years and have never seen a lake home in a better setting or with a better view. We have a brand new double slip dock!

Come experience our picturesque lake cabin on 19 secluded acres. This nicely equipped cabin with a king studio room, a kids bunk room, and 1 full bathroom can accommodate up to 4 guests. Come explore the beautiful lake or take a hike on one of the many private hiking trails. We just added a tandem kayak for our guests to explore the lake! Our cabin is remote! Cell phone service is non-existent to spotty but we do have Wi-Fi for our guests to enjoy!

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
