A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Ideally located, it is only a one minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Our bright and airy modern 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet area but a short walk to Hartley Wintney and country walks There is wifi, Netflix, parking on the drive and visitor spaces. Hartley Wintney is a beautiful English village with a wide high street lined with independent businesses, shops and public houses. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of wooded areas for walks and there are good road and rail links via the M3 and Winchfield and Fleet station into Waterloo.

Charming Country Cottage

Set in one of the UK's favourite villages, Hares Farm Cottage is a scene of beauty and tranquillity which benefits from being a stone’s throw from the civilisation of Hartley Wintney. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the cottage boasts and Aga kitchen and a sitting room with French Windows opening straight on to the patio garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom with 2 small sofa chairs for children and a bathroom with shower. Toilet and shower also on ground floor.

There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.
