Coffee & Sandwich bar 1 minute walk , Royal Birkdale / Hillside Golf courses 2 minute drive. Tea tray provided. Each room has a thermostatic radiator Ample parking space for large vehicle or several vehicles NB no cooking facilities.

If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.
