My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Die stilvoll eingerichtete separate Wohnung (155qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Fußbodenheizung, antikem Kachelofen, einem Arbeitsplatz, einer voll eingerichteten Küche und einem Whirlpool neben der eigenen Terrasse der Wohnung sowie einem Sauna-Häuschen im weitläufigen Park bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit die Möglichkeit einer abwechslungsreichen Auszeit.

Unser Ferienhaus befindet sich 12 km südlich der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Das alte, circa 90 m2 grosse Haus wurde von uns liebevoll renoviert und der Charakter dabei weitgehend erhalten. In der unteren Etage befinden sich eine Wohnküche mit Sitzmöglichkeit für 6 Personen, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Wohnzimmer, in der oberen Etage zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus, so dass wir bei Fragen zur Verfügung stehen.

Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.
