Bathroom, laundry, & kitchen essentials are provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from morning coffee to wine & platters, or cooking at home with kids.

Kaituna Villa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just 3km from city centre but close to more than 30 award winning wine cellar doors and a host of other thrilling activities and experiences, from Art Deco to marathons and wine auctions. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac, this modern north facing home has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with all the appliances you need. Outside has gas BBQ, fire pit and built in fire BBQ. Off street parking for 4 cars.

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
