Beautiful grade II listed water mill house on the North Norfolk coast just 15 minutes walk to fashionable Burnham Market and with wonderful walks out to the dunes and sea. Set over 3 floors with living area and balcony on the top floor making it the perfect place to enjoy the views. We are pet friendly so your dog(s) can enjoy Hunstanton, its gorgeous beaches and walks too. There are plenty of great beaches to visit within a short drive and lots of other sea-side towns and villages that are well worth a visit.

It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.
