Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

With nearby great bars, restaurants, cafes, parks and shops, the property is also within walking distance of the John Radcliffe, Nuffield, Manor and Churchill hospitals as well as Oxford Brookes University. There are excellent transport links into Oxford city centre, London and major airports.

Worminghall is predominantly a farming village, within easy vehicular access to Oxford and the market town of Thame. Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It is located in the peaceful village of Holton, just 6 miles from the centre of Oxford. Oxford, High Wycombe and London are all easily accessible and there are lots of transport links nearby. This is a great location for the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University and Oxford Brookes.
