Det er en kjellerleilighet med plass for to. Soverom med bred dobbelseng (200x180, kommode, skap; stue med liten sofa og tv, kjøkken med kokeplate, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og liten stekeovn; bad med dusj, wc og vask og en fin uteplass med bekkesus og fuglekvitter. Til tross for rolige omgivelser er stedet ikke langt fra Lillehammer sentrum, 10 minuter til fots, med sykkel går det mye fortere. Til matbutikken to minutter. Buss stopper rett utenfor huset, p-plass med lademulighet. Stor innsjø.

Unik plassering ved Randsfjorden og den fantastiske naturen. Her kan du/dere ladde batteriene og ta del av alle severdigheter og aktiviteter for store og små som finnes i nærheten. Du kommer til ferdig oppredde senger, samt håndklær. Husvasken ordner jeg når dere har sjekket ut. Men husk å vaske opp. Hytta består av en stue/kjøkken med sovesofa (140 cm) samt et stort soverom med contenenttalseng (180 cm) og en sovesofa (160cm). Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room.
