Nice place. I had a great experience in this apartment.

This was an amazing place to stay it was downtown walkable distance from everything I loved it here the only thing that I would say is that parking is expensive everything was great about the apartment everything was well put together and I loved it there the parking was the only issue for me because you have to find available parking

One of my best Airbnb stays! Kyra's communication was quick and she provided excellent instructions. The unit matched the photos and had all the essentials. Neighborhood is quite and short drive to downtown.

Booked for a work trip. During the brief downtime I had it was a very pleasant area to walk around. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I wanted to do regular cooking while I was there but I found it difficult since there was only one pan and it was small. Grocery store was walking distance and lots of restauraunts if you prefer that over cooking.

I absolutely loved my time with them, they are so responsive the place was spotless. I was able to walk to so many different things and the amenities were fantastic! If I come back to Indy I will stay with them again!

I stayed at Rodneka's place for a family event and I'm glad I did! The apartment was as listed and photos were accurate. It was very quiet, the apartment was very comfortable and one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rodneka's place if you are in the Indy area.

Perfect spot in downtown Indianapolis. It’s about a half mile walk to the convention center and probably between a half mile and a mile to get to Lucas Oil Field. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and 2 big grocery stores as well. I would definitely stay there again. Great host and good communication as well.

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

This location is right at the center of town, with lots to do, and a lake right next door to boot! Ayash Is a great place for a couples vacation and is highly recommended!

I stayed at this airbnb for my graduation and it did not disappoint. The condo is spacious, immaculate, and we felt right at home. In the heart of downtown there was tons to do with tons of variety. We had an issue with the tv’s and the hosts were super responsive, helpful, and even came by to assist and fix the issue. We had a great stay!

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

Great location, very private! We had plenty of room inside and the kids were able to play outside as well. We loved the back deck!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Very close to Lucas stadium and wasn’t a far walk to the start line of the marathon. Very close to pretty much everything and if it was a little further, rent a scooter 🛴 it was perfect to get around the city. The back yard was very peaceful. The highway is very close so if you don’t like road noise just know you can hear that. I wasn’t bothered at all by it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We loved this place. It is very cute and accommodating, and the hosts were great. Do note there is no kitchen (which we were aware of, I’m just not sure it’s super clear in the listing).

Lynell is a wonderful host and the home is even more beautiful in the person. Very spacious, clean, gorgeously and tastefully decorated. The beds were also very comfortable! Lynell is very communicative and responsive and overall very kind. I cannot recommend this home and this host enough! 🩷

I had a great stay here! The house is clean and comfortable. It is spacious and stocked with everything you could need. The backyard and gym space are beautiful and you can tell so much care was put into making it a great place to stay.

Our stay at the Honeycomb was wonderful. The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had an adorable historic charm. All of the amenities you could need were in the home, and more. My group really enjoyed the hot tub, which was nice and clean. Our check in was stress free, and we immediately felt comfortable in the home. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. The host was very responsive, and offered recommendations for things to do in the nearby area as well. My group and I are definitely thinking of coming back!

This is our 2nd stay here. Our daughter loves the shuffleboard and futon space. It's s a very peaceful area in the middle of the city. Had everything we needed.

Stayed for FDIC. Exactly as it was described and Adie was very quick to respond if we had questions. Should I come back to the area , I would absolutely consider Adie and Bryens place. The neighborhood is very historic which is pretty cool. The house has been renovated nicely and filled our needs for the week. Our female firefighter liked having her own room as well. There did seem to be a bit of dog hair for anyone who suffers from allergies. 30 minute walk to Convention center was no biggie. Good food in area as well as Downtown Indianapolis. Definitely a good spot.
