Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The house was built in 1973 and has original wood beams, open views of green space with an organic garden that beckons you to rest for a while. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 6 and is truly cozy and peaceful.

Orchard Alley Guesthouse

Newly restored beautiful two-story 1925 cottage three blocks from the UO campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Hike or bike to nearby Willamette River trails.
