Great property. perfect for our needs

Linda est une excellente hôtesse, très gentille, très accueillante, avec une belle personnalité. Le séjour chez elle était à merveille et j'ai hyper bien dormi grâce à la qualité du couchage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful brand new spacious house with a lovely garden and great parking, I definitely recommend his accommodation.

Janet's place is a little tricky to find as it's behind a tall hedge, other than that everything about Janet's place is perfect.

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

This is the best of old fashioned BnBs, in a real person's real home. One host, one guest, friendly discussion over a civilised breakfast. Quiet street just off a big park, with a bus route on the other side of the park. Less than 30 minutes' walk to the station. So far, so good. AND THEN! An idyllic little river at the bottom of the garden (not the Thames); Andrea kindly lent me her kayak. I paddled a little way upstream, and then, oops, swam back. The brook is perfect for both activities, depending on your skill. Andrea hosed me down without a fuss. I couldn't ask for a better host.

We stayed at The Clockhouse whilst visiting Windsor Castle. We would not hesitate to stop there again. Beautiful place, very peaceful. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Fantastic stay! Thank you, Sam x

The house was excellent – clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We especially loved the great selection of restaurants just a short walk away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to others!

Great Apartment , had everything I needed. James is a great host and was very helpful. A pretty vase of fresh tulips made the apartment feel homely , along with some essentials that saved me having to think about getting some shopping. .The bed, super comfy with pristine linen. Bathroom, great shower, kitchen very well appointed. Recommended

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

The place is decent to stay for one night. We left an item at Umu’s place, and the owner immediately told us about it and send it back the next day. We thank them for that. Very responsive and responsible owner. Would recommend to anyone.

Host was very flexible regarding our check in time, as we was unable to provide an exact time of arrival until an hour before. The apartment was nice, clean and lovely and warm on arrival and the location was very peaceful Would have been nice to stay for longer than one night.

Lovely accommodation and very friendly host. Easy walk down hill into town where there is everything you might need; The Rex (fantastic cinema), great pubs and restaurants, plus a Waitrose for stuff you forgot!

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

Fantastic host, great place with a beautiful location plenty of country side to explore, in our case to ride.

We hugely enjoyed our stay with Christine. The room was perfect, huge comfy bed with sitting area with beautiful views and light streaming through the windows. Perfect to have a bath before a quick walk through the fields to the local pub for supper. Breakfast in the historic hall was such a treat with an open fire and perfect breakfast using local organic produce. All in all a great getaway to relax for a couple of days.

It was a great stay. Super clean and cosy bedroom with lovely little touches. Very grateful for the hairdryer. Easy walk into town - would recommend going along the towpath by the river. Really nice hot shower too. Quiet and comfortable stay overall.

We had a brief but lovely stay in the cottage. It was spacious, there were breakfast goodies for us and the bed was really comfortable. There was pretty countryside around and a meal at the Crown pub just down the road was a winner! Very easy communications, would recommend. Thanks Gilly & James!

uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Carolyn super gefallen,wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und das Zimmer mit dem herrlichen Ausblick ist echt toll,wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt .Das Frühstück war lecker und mit dem Blick auf den See auf der Terrasse ein toller Abschluss. werden Carolyn weiter empfehlen

We enjoyed a one night stopover on our travels. We were welcomed by John and given a key. We had a nice walk to the local pub - the Kings Head for nice beer and an evening meal. The room was comfortable and well ventilated with bathroom opposite. We were welcomed into this family home. Some cereals, tea, coffee, and milk were provided for breakfast. Highly recommended

Bianca has a lovely, beautifully kept house in an amazing location just minutes from the train station but overlooking the tranquil river thames with swans and other wildlife. The room was simple but stylish and the bed was extremely comfortable. And Bianca herself was very welcoming. I think it would make a very good base for anybody visiting beautiful Oxford but if you want to stay close by there is a great vegetarian restaurant and a famous pub.
