The apartment is in walking distance to everything: cute shops, restaurants and the mountains around the island. It's one of the most modern apartments on the island, which means that you can always come home to a warm home with heated floors and a warm shower after a long day exploring Lofoten. Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Newly built cabin with a high standard and its own shoreline located in the middle between Henningsvær and Svolvær in Lofoten. The cottage is secluded located without neighbours. Walking distance to mountains and beach. Good opportunities for fishing for sea trout right outside the living room door. Cross country slope 100m from the cottage. Sun from early morning to late evening. The perfect starting point for an active and relaxing Lofoten holiday!

Hytta har 3 soverom og god plass til 6 voksne. I tillegg finnes det en reiseseng for små barn og en sovesofa som passer godt for barn eller ungdom.

Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.

Her bor du godt og komfortabelt i et stille og rolig villaområde, men likevel bare et steinkast unna det meste Lofoten har å by på. Lofothavet og ei sandstrand som ligger kun 30 m unna, med de muligheter det byr på.(Bading, fridykking, kajakkpadling, brettseiling osv.)
