Modern and Central 1 bedroom apartment located within a 5-minutes or less walk to restaurants, banks, churches, and other amenities as they are all within 1 or 2 blocks from my apartment. The water taxi to the islands is only a 20 minute walk and a 15 minute walk to BTL park that has the casinos by taxi it will only be a 5 minute drive. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need, just bring clothes. The home does have a private driveway parking.
