Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

A newly created annexe situated on the outskirts of Checkendon. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of the Chilterns you will enjoy rural views out of every window. Their are many beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep as well as a myriad of local pubs, equestrian centres and a farm shop. The small market towns of Wallingford and Henley on Thames are just 10-15 minutes away. There is parking outside next to the stairs to the flat, a car is advised.

Nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty, but on the doorstep of world famous Henley-on-Thames, Olcote has been recently refurbished to provide a luxury retreat with private gardens overlooking the countryside. Olcote offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a further reception room with a double sofa bed, an open plan fully equipped luxury kitchen, a relaxing lounge area and dedicated workspace. Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
