Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Break from City Life Grab a drink and relax on the Knoll's patio that overlooks the Brazos River valley or lounge in a hammock nestled under live oaks. Adventure Gear up and hit the river. We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Make Memories Grab some marshmallows and share stories around the fire pit or snooze in our organic linens.

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

The Loft | Unique Industrial Light Filled Space

The Loft is a gorgeous open concept space filled with natural light. Enjoy the beautiful brick walls and industrial architecture of this 100 year old building located in charming downtown Hillsboro, Texas. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown has to offer! The Loft is located above a beautiful warehouse wedding venue, so please be aware that most weekend nights will be reserved for wedding parties, but please inquire to see if we are available!

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

Blush- Romantic getaway 15 min Magnolia

Carefully designed cabin with plush comfortable accessories. Come and relax in this cozy cabin after a long day of shopping in Downtown Waco or Homestead Heritage. This cabin (and its sister cabin) is situated on a small wooded lot on a quite dead end street, just north of Waco. A fire pit is provided for each cabin and a playground is provided for them to share. You won't regret staying with us during your stay in Waco!

Buzzy Bee Cottage Farm stay

While staying at this small and cozy guesthouse situated on a small farmstead, you will be 20 minutes from magnolia and the silos and just 8 minutes from Homestead Heritage. While not being in Waco, this guesthouse is only a few minutes from I35 so your trip into town will be very convenient. If you’re looking for a Farm stay getaway or even just a quiet night with a country feel, this will be the place for you!

Hailey's Cottage on Small Farm-16 minutes to Silos

Enjoy the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS at Hailey's Cottage, situated on a small family farm, just minutes from I-35 plus a short drive to all of Waco's attractions! You'll have your own quiet, private space with plenty of windows to view the farm. You'll also find games, puzzles, books and magazines (and a few toys for the kids). Feel free to tour our farm or stroll down our quiet, no-through neighborhood street.
