We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

We really enjoyed your place. Everything you could think to need was available. Peaceful, close to the beach. Pool was great. Our host even checked in during our stay just to be sure we were okay and not in need of anything. Thank you so so much! We will be back. ☺️

From the moment we turned into the driveway, we knew we were back "HOME" again. We opened the familiar blue glass door and walked inside. Everything as is just like it was before. Serenity and peace and quiet. Husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the back porch eating burgers and steaks, watching the planes, helicopters, riverboats, sailboats, and seagulls overhead, and even Larry the Lizard paid a short visit with his pinkish throat fan. Wish we could stay a little bit while longer but our real home is calling us back. Yes, this place does feels like home. We can't wait to visit "HOME" away from home soon! - And we love our hostess too! She is the bestest!

Abbie was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The home is exactly as described and was perfect for our little family getaway! Would definitely book again!

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

The house was perfect for our family! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. The location was great, close to Savannah and Tybee Island, the little pond behind the house was fun, we fed the turtles and the fish. Would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing stay. Allen was quick to respond to any questions.

Excellent rental! Beautifully situated overlooking the Broad Creek Marshland. Gorgeous finishes and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication was stellar and it was easy to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't require out-the-door beach access, it is a great central location, less than 15 min to Coligny Beach, shopping and lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The owners of this property obviously take pride in their home and ensure a great experience! HIGHLY recommend and will look forward to another visit!

I truly had the best birthday and vacation of my life thanks in huge part to Terese and her generosity and flexibility. We literally got to watch dolphins for two hours at sunset from her porch.. every room was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was spacious and perfect and I loved the various fun dishware — she had let us know that the dock was under repair, so I can’t even imagine how cool it will be to go back and get to kayak from the dock with the dolphins!! Waking up to the sun on the water was truly incredible. I cannot wait to come back, it’s by far the loveliest place I’ve stayed on tybee and I LOVE tybee. Great energy, great host, great wildlife, we got extremely lucky!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

The unit is in a great location. You have great access to the beach. The unit was exactly as shown.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.

Great location was able to walk to pretty much anything we needed and she has a fast response time for any questions. Would definitely stay again
