The cabin is located midway between the Twin Cities and Duluth on I 35. And just nine miles east of Hinckley on Hwy 48 in Cloverdale. You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Everything you need is within arm's reach.

Whether you're in the Twin Ports for work or play, our little getaway is the perfect place to unwind. (Let us know if you're bringing the kids! ❤️) Fix up a snack in the kitchenette or relax on the full-size futon. After that, settle into a comfy queen-sized bed after a luxurious soak in the jetted tub! Amble down to nearby, kid-friendly Billings Park, or we're just a short drive away from anything in Superior or Duluth, including shopping, the arts, and our gorgeous Lake Superior!

The whole group will be comfy in this spacious and unique spot in the pines. The overhead door is the only “garage” thing about it! There are plenty of activities in the area, or stay right on our nearly 15 acres of forested land to relax and walk or ride our trails through the trees. We’ve added a screen for the garage door opening. Now you can roll up the garage door to feel like you’re outside! The screen cords have been damaged so it will no longer retract, but works great down!

Also in close proximity to ATV/biking/snowmobile trails including the Soo line and General Andrews. 15 minute drive to Moose Lake. And less than an hour from Duluth.

Fire pit with Adirondacks and grill and plenty of wood, propane and Edison lights. Private use bathhouse with shower (open april 15-oct 7) and year round camping toilet.
