Autumn in Hakuba is a dream for nature lovers — golden forests, gentle mountain air and scenic mountain bike trails perfect for family adventures. During the warmer months, our lodge welcomes pets, so you can bring your furry friend along to enjoy together. As the snow begins to fall, Hakuba transforms into a winter wonderland — Thanks to our excellent location in Echoland, you’ll be just steps from cafés, restaurants, shops and few minutes from Happo One, Goryu, 47, and Iwatake.

Nestled in the quiet mountains at an elevation of 840 meters, our lodge offers a tranquil retreat. Please note that our lodge does not have air conditioning. Fans and circulators are provided in each room. A daily-changing Western-style breakfast is included. The mountains of the Northern Alps and Happo are not visible from the rooms, but can be seen from the dining room during meals. An extra single bed will be added for 2 or 3 guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.

Kizuna Lodge: Queen room w breakfast

Kizuna Lodge is conveniently located located in Lower Wadano at the base of Happoone ski resort in the nice setting of Wadano Forest. Enjoy a spacious forest setting but only moments to the lifts at Happo, Happo Village, Nagano Olympics sign, Hakuba Fishing down and the Matsu river. Kizuna Lodge is a pet friendly property with great hosts and breakfast so come and make yourself at home in our comfortable nature lodge any time of the year.

Asuka Lodge - Queen room with breakfast

Prices include 10% Consumption tax, all you can eat breakfast, room tax, pick up and drop off from Hakuba train station, Happo bus terminal and Hakuba Basecamp, unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and Netflix and the town shuttle between 5:00 and 7:00pm which includes the following destinations: International ATM & Convenience store, Onsen, the Wadano Gateway Entertainment Precinct and Echoland Entertainment Precinct.

Villa - 2 Single beds -Private bathroom/toilet

Located a 15 min walk / 4 min drive from Tsugaike kogen ski area, a beautiful log cabin villa at the end of the road. The home features five ensuite bedrooms, carpeted and wood flooring throughout the home and heating throughout - everything you need to keep warm and cozy while enjoying the winter. The place is really quiet and peaceful surrounded by forest. Parking available. Breakfast included.

Wadano Gateway: Studio Apartment With Breakfast

Guest will love this newly renovated two-part suite, complete with private bathroom, kitchenette and access to two great in-house restaurants. The rate includes, unlimited free WiFi, full daily breakfast, pick up and drop off upon arrival between 7am – 10pm and our on-call concierge service providing complimentary transport to Happo-one gondola, Iwatake gondola, supermarkets and onsens.

Mojo Lodge: Double room with private bathroom

The rate includes 10% consumption tax, unlimited free WiFi, full daily breakfast, pick up and drop off upon arrival and departure from the Happo bus terminal and the Hakuba train station between 7am – 19pm, and our nightly shuttle service between 5pm and 7pm which includes the following destinations: International ATM, Hot-springs, Supermarket and the neighbouring village, Echoland.

Penke Panke Lodge is a well-equipped nature lodge located in the scenic upper Wadano at the base of Happoone ski resort. Enjoy nature but without losing all the modern comforts of home. We have complimentary bikes and rafts to take the lake and you can enjoy an evening BBQ for only 2,000 yen to help us cover the cost of the coals or gas and the time to clean the grill.
