We had a lovely time at Russell & Joana’s apartment. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect!

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance to York city. Richard met us on our first day, and we were able to check in sooner too. Excellent off street secure private parking. Apartment was spotless, just and advised and was warm and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend! Thank you Richard!

I had a delightful stay in Rebecca’s beautiful accommodation. The place was intelligently and thoughtfully laid out and designed, it felt safe and secure, with the added bonus of opening the security gate, turn left and there’s the mighty York Minster peering over its surrounds, making navigation easy. Could not recommend it any higher - it’s fabulous

Fabulous host, very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is centrally located a stride away from amazing shops and restaurants. We felt very safe with secure underground parking and concierge working 24/7.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

This was our second visit to Helen’s place and it was as lovely as the first time we came. Helen was quick to respond to messages and check in was straightforward. The apartment is in the perfect location for walking into York. We didn’t move the car for the duration of the visit. The beds were very comfortable; the apartment was spotlessly clean; the shower was great and we much appreciated the milk, bread and other bits that were left for us on arrival. Thank you- we will undoubtedly be back again.

The apartment was super! Really modern interior, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovey layout, lovely big comfy bed with lovely pillows - always very important to us. Beautifully warm apartment and bathroom. Parking was really easy and we had 2 cars! You will not be disappointed here, its exactly as the pictures show. Jo was a fantastic host and just couldn't do enough for us.

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at April's place as part of a longer journey. The annexe is cosy and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed. April had thoughtfully left plenty of breakfast supplies in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

An awesome 3 months. There is something so relaxing and comfortable about staying in a well organized and decorated apartment. This had it all plus a guitar. Clutch. Super hosts. Aaron and Stephen became like friends. Location is walkable and bus-able. Everything needed plus a gym is within a 17 minute walk. Super cool nature by the canal with a golf courses is across the street. 15 minute bus to downtown Leeds. Plus Leeds is central to all the northern England sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment perfectly located for exploring Harrogate - very close to centre and great for walking or enjoying views of the Stray (great if you want to join parkrun, too!) Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely return. Many thanks!

Loved Sonia’s place struggled to get there at first as hit traffic and sat nav rubbish but very helpful loved the place safe clean and everything you needed - spotless clean and close to car park and lots to do thank you Sonia

The biggest plus with the property is the location and the private parking space. It is a short walk from the centre of York and all the attractions. The accommodation is clean and has everything that is required.

Lovely apartment in a great location - walking distance of Harrogate town, lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, delis and Betty's etc. Directly opposite a lovely park and approx 1 mile walk through that park to RHS Harlow Carr gardens. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and tidy. Lydia was really helpful with my queries, she also had lots of recommendations of things to do. She was also flexible on check-in, which was really helpful for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

This spot was the perfect quiet getaway, thanks to an amazing host. The serene garden offered an inviting space to unwind and stretch your legs, even if you chose to stay on the property. Martin’s warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome! his friendliness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. A hidden gem for relaxation!
