Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Very nice! The lanai helped make the living area look and feel much larger than it is. Very quiet and nice complex. Great view of the Indian river. The location is only minutes away from beach, parks, restaurants and stores.
