Chris was a wonderful host and very responsive! The location was absolutely perfect and while there was a dedicated parking space, you don’t need a car to get around. It was a 5 minute walk to local restaurants, shops, and great coffee spots. A five minute walk to the bus stop and 10-12 minute walk to Richmond station. The flat is charming and spacious with lots of natural light and overall great vibe!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

I began planning our trip to London from the US, months in advance and before booking and after, Ian was very helpful in answering questions to accommodate my elderly aunt, my husband and I. The flat was perfect for meeting our needs and when there were things we needed but didn't have, Ian was quick to offer assistance. Nights were pleasantly quiet and refreshing. We enjoyed coffee and tea on the porch each morning and watched many a runner, walker, biker on the path below as well as the ships on the Thames and the trains crossing on the bridge. All previous travelers to this location proved to be spot on in their reviews. Uber drivers were minutes away and willing to drive us into any London location. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance. We highly recommend this flat and its host for out of England travelers. Ian made the whole experience so much more simple and we cannot thank him enough.

We had a great stay. The house is fantastic and right on the beach with a beach cafe just 100 metres away. James was really responsive and helpful.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auch ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Natalie hatte einen Grundstock an Kaffee und Milch bereitgestellt. Das war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Auch einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt in der Nähe. Und zum Meer sind es maximal fünf Minuten zu Fuss. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Wir fanden die Wohnung auch nicht laut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben den Wagen deshalb im Parkhaus in der Norton Road geparkt. Das war sind immerhin gut 20 Minuten zu Fuss und es ist auch nicht billig. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die PayByPhone-App. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Lovely flat, close to beach and restaurants. Ideal location for either a walk into Brighton or Hove. Very responsive host and flat was clean and very comfortable.
