ATV and snowmobile from here on fantastic statewide trail system. Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.

The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of today. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.

The community bike path runs right behind the property. The apartment is located within a two-story two-family home. Lots of space with 6 total rooms including a living-room with 70' television, two bedrooms (one king-size, one full size), bath, dining, and kitchen, as well as a laundry room. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Within walking distance of downtown, including post office, movie theater, etc.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
