Home is fully equipped with WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, and all appliances. Towels and bed linen are provided in the home. Fenced in backyard with patio furniture/fire pit. No Parties allowed. A $500 fee will be charged to the guest in the event of a party.
