It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Terasa ima drveni stol s klupama te velikim kaminom na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je osigurano. Besplatan WiFi. Dobrodošli!

Villa obitelji Dušati smještena je nadomak mora, sa svojom ponudom iznajmljivanja apartmana nudi odmor prožet prirodom i tišinom. Sa svojim brojnim specifičnostima zadovoljiti će sve vaše zahtjeve za idealnim odmorom. Na ograđenom posjedu nalaze se dvije kuće i mjesta za parkiranje. Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Recently renovated bungalow is located in a calm and tranquil village Ravni (cca 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac). It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). Bungalow has bright living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony, garden, bathroom, small hallway and bedroom.
