Second time booking this spacious beautiful home. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, churches and so much more. Host is fantastic!!! Neighborhood is so quiet, safe. You can walk everywhere. Close to bus lines also. Will be booking again..

Highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay outside of New York. Couple minute walk to train, an actual driveway to park in, and a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Heerlijk huis, rustige buurt. Alles voldeed aan de beschrijving, alles was schoon. Alleen jammer dat de bbq buiten niet bruikbaar was maar verder niets op aan te merken. Heel fijn verblijf gehad!

It’s really an excellent option for anyone looking for a place when visiting NYC. So close to the city, lots of shops and restaurants around, and lots of transport options too. We had a great time!

This was our first time staying in New Jersey. The house was amazing, the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Bus stop to New York was 2 blocks away. The area has many walking areas with amazing views of New York. One block away is a street with many small stores, restaurant’s, and different businesses. It has a small town feel. The house was amazing and beautiful. It was very spacious and clean. We never needed any assistance but i did receive several email to check in on the stay and if we needed any assistance. The only draw back was the hot water, it seemed to run out very fast, not sure if it’s because there were 6 of us but we adjusted. I would highly recommend staying here. I can’t say enough how beautiful this house is and how safe the area is.

Great place to stay, exactly as described. Ray and his wife made sure the place was clean when we arrived. he was proactive in messaging me with instructions for our check-in. Ray was extremely responsive from even before I booked. he was even helpful after we had checked out and had to arrange a pickup for an item that we had left accidentally.

Stay was great very clean, we would definitely use again if we come to New Jersey, parking is a little tough but apart from that everything was great!

Die Unterkunft war super! Das beste was wir für unsere Familie bekommen konnten. wir sind 5 personen. Toller Rückzugsort nach dem Trubel in der Stadt. Man kommt super mit dem Bus, der fast direkt vor der Tür ist, nach new york city. In ca 15 min. Die Aussicht vor der Haustür ist die Skyline von New York. morgens und abends läuft man an der beeindruckenden Skyline vorbei. Die Gegend scheint sehr sicher zu sein. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und ein einen kleinen Shop in laufnähe. Volki hat uns mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Kaffee, Gewürze, Klohpapier, Zahnbürsten... Es gibt sogar einen Garten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Ich würde sehr gerne nochmal hier übernachten. Vielen Dank!

We had a great stay! The home was spacious and clean—exactly as advertised—and worked perfectly for our large group. The location was super convenient, with an easy bus ride into Manhattan. Craig and Lara were excellent hosts: very responsive, communicative, and even offered flexible check-in/out times (though we didn’t end up needing it). Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Kim's place! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Après un voyage fatigant, qu'est-ce que cela fait du bien d'arriver chez Mary. Bel appartement, propre, confortable, des petites attentions pour les enfants, des conseils/recommandations pour faire des petits courses et les informations pour se rendre facilement à NY. Nous avons adoré.

Carlos provided thorough, helpful instructions. Even so it was a bit difficult to get in because the keys required a knack I didn't quite pick up. However, the place was very clean, well appointed, smelled pleasant, and matched the description. Quarters about as tight as you'd expect, but the available space was used well. And you can't beat the location: super convenient to the subway, lots of dining and entertainment options, though you'll need to wade through crowds after shows close. Carlos was a thoughtful, responsible host with a great place. Worth it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Victor qui est un hôte très accueillant et gentil. L’appartement est superbe! Le quartier très sympa et c’est très simple d’aller à NY en bus en 40 min.

Wir waren für 7 Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich & schick eingerichtet. Alles entsprach wie in der Beschreibung. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Manhattan kann man gut mit Bahn erreichen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Rooftop mit einer unglaublichen Sicht auf Manhattan!!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Eva is a wonderful host. Her house is large and beautiful, with wonderful views over a park like property. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is impeccable and very modern. Her breakfasts are legendary: I mentioned that I liked eggs and yoghurt and berries for breakfast and got the most elaborate and tasty meal possible! Eva is a lovely person who makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay, and will certainly return.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Outstanding stay. Property is very well located, equipped, landscaped, maintained, and furnished.

Stayed 1 night with a group of girlfriends - would have loved to have stayed longer. The house is massive & impeccably clean. Beds were comfy & quiet surroundings meant we all got a good night’s sleep. Marcus was super friendly and made our check in and out seamless & smooth. Highly recommend!
