Fir Cottage: A lovely, private cabin on 40 acres

Fir Haven Retreat, located 15 minutes from town, is on 40 private acres that have been in the family for generations. The 600sf cottage looks out over a large field surrounded by forest, orchards, trails, canyons, and Siebert Creek. It's perfect for couples and close friends, with 2 dedicated bedrooms and a cozy living room. Two caretakers live on the property, available if needed. We, and other guests, will give the cottage space for you to enjoy the beauty of the PNW. 12y/o and above only!

Our small A-Frame is nestled in the mountains between beautiful Port Angeles and Sequim, Washington. Our location offers you a central stay to many of the Olympic National Park activities. While the A-Frame is near our home and has two neighboring houses slightly visible it resides in a private nook amongst the trees. We share a driveway, but you have a designated parking spot. Outside you can enjoy your private deck, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, chicken coop, or walk down the gravel road.

Listen to the sea birds calling and watch the eagles fly and look at Strait of Juan de Fuca and Victoria, BC while surrounded by towering trees and gorgeous wilderness. The studio is located on a narrow strip of high cliffs between the town of Sequim and the working city of Port Angeles. The Olympic Discovery Trail is just a few minutes away. Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees.
