Staying at Vera's was wonderful! I was going to a conference in downtown Tampa, and staying here was an excellent alternative to overpriced downtown hotels. The garden area is just beautiful, the guesthouse is small but has everything you need, and the whole area of Davis island is charming. There's a little strip of restaurants a 10-minute walk away, and you can easily grab a scooter and ride to the beach.

While the location of this home is in the midst of the city and near the airport, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, stores and restaurants were nearby and there was easy access to highways. It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

Jeff’s place was in a great location for my one night trip in st. Pete. Very close to local restaurants and bars. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Will stay there again.

Walkable distance to Lassing Park where we were able to watch beautiful sunrises each morning. Also, just a walk away from a fantastic Mexican restaurant! Plenty of room for the three of us and it had amenities needed for the beach (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, ice packs).

We always have a blast when we stay at Kaarla's Studio Zen! I look forward to our trips down to Dade City to visit our daughter at St. Leo U. Studio Zen is just around the corner and has such a cool fun vibe to it. And I'm always artistically inspired to draw and create when I'm there! Look forward to our next visit! cute little studio, with a kitchenette and a big shower. Smart TV and they even left some popcorn and waters! The backyard was what really made this place shine. Beautiful jungle vibe, native plants, and a really peaceful set up, lots of birdwatching. A fire pit if it's cold ( did not try this out). The hot tub is incredible, multiple different seats with different jet configurations, super clean, good privacy. Great location near everything in St Pete. I will definitely be back!

The space was very nice and super comfortable! We wanted to go to Busch gardens so the location was PERFECT for that- we ended up walking to and from for the day. The bed was cozy and it was a clean space with lots of room. The outdoor set up was private and functional and a nice amenity to have a great set up outdoors too.

This was a last minute trip for us and it was a great stay. The host is very nice and the space was perfect for what we needed and the location is close to everything! would stay again.

A great place to stay for our short visit to Tampa! Close walk to Ybor area for great restaurants and bakery shops! Short drive to downtown Tampa. The apartment is clean and has everything we need. The hosts are very responsive to questions throughout our stay. High recommend!

This was a great stay for our one day trip to the area, this place is fully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine and dryer for those needing a longer stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay, all while being surrounded by so many things to do in the area!

We stayed here while attending an event at the Straz center. It was the perfect distance. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, and the airport is a short drive from this place. We visited the beach once we realized it wasn’t that far (St. Pete is only about 40 min away)! Host gave me clear instructions on check in and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

The property was perfectly located, close to downtown Tampa and situated within the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Hyde Park. The apartment was tastefully decorated and contained every amenity you could wish for, right down to the basket of goodies in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent air conditioning and temperature control. Bedroom beautifully furnished and king size bed super comfortable. Lisa communicated very well both before and during our stay. She gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants, and her guidance related to ordering an uber made that super easy also. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Me and my boyfriend took a quick trip to Tampa , and this stay with Dave was amazing from the start ! Highly recommend and this will definitely be my number one pick for future travel to Tampa.

Giovanny's place is perfect for a quick Tampa trip. It's equipped with everything you need and located in a great part of town with a lot of things to do around. Giovanny was incredibly nice and allowed us to check in early after a 14 hour road trip. Beds are comfortable (even the inflatable mattress) and you have everything you need for your stay. There two little problems when we arrived but Giovanny quickly stepped up and fixed them both. The only thing I'd point out is, the fence and house no longer look like the pictures (house is white and fence is wood planks) so it was a bit confusing when we arrived but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the guesthouse! The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The space is well-equipped with all the essentials and has a cozy backyard that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s a great spot for couples or a small group of friends. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, had new appliances, a functional layout, and a gorgeous bathroom. The host was very responsive, and it was conveniently close to the MidFlorida Amphitheatre for our concert.
