An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben uns jede Sekunde von unserem (leider viel zu kurzen) Aufenthalt unfassbar wohl gefühlt. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, der wie auf den Bildern aussieht! Marietta und auch Yiannis waren unfassbar zuvorkommend. Yiannis hat uns alles gezeigt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar gesagt, wann die Windverhältnisse so sind, dass wir einen Bootstrip machen können. Supermarkt, (Stein-)Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Taxi ist man in 10 Minuten (15 € für 1-4 Personen) in Rhodos-Stadt. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen kostet 20 € für 1-4 Personen. Bleibt man länger und möchte die Insel erkunden, kann man über einen Mietwagen nachdenken. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wer hier bucht, macht keinen Fehler!

Beim Eintreffen in der Unterkunft haben wir Snacks und Essen vorgefunden. Zufem gab es für jeden nicht nur Handtücher zum Duschen, sondern auch Badetücher für den Pool. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und der Urlaub war toll.

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

The villa is amazing, large and spacious far better than the pictures show. The location is remote enough for peace (so amazingly peaceful) but close enough for convenience. Simon and Nina are extremely responsive and great at communicating. The villa was spotless with amazing crisp bedsheets (something a lot of villas don’t have) which is an absolute win for me & my family. The outside space is plentiful, sadly the pool we weren’t able to use due to the storm a few days before we arrived. However the garden is well kept with plenty of seating. There is an amazing little dog next door who greeted us daily, she loves a fuss and we shall miss her. A car is a must for this location. Lidi is close by and Wolt delivery is available from many places. Great hosts, great villa.

Hezký prostorný dům s velkým bazénem a terasou na střeše. Výhled na moře. 3 minuty chůze na pláž. Ideální pro partu 10 lidí. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Bonne semaine dans la magnifique villa d’Athina. Tout s’est très bien passé. Merci à elle. Nous aurions simplement aimé que notre hôte passe nous voir dans le courant de la semaine pour nous demander si tout se passait bien pour nous et si nous manquions de rien. Il n’en reste pas moins qu’Athina a été disponible si nous avions besoin. Barbara

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Tolle Villa mit jeglichem Luxus! Giannis war immer gut erreichbar und immer hilfreich. Die Villa hat genug Platz innen und außen. Es stehen alle Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung, dass vom Baby bis zum Erwachsenen keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Zur Ankunft standen einige Snacks und Wesentliches zur Verfügung. In der Umgebung war abseits der Hauptsaison leider wenig offen, wir haben aber immer gute Bäckereien (Pane di Capo - hat quasi immer offen und hat super Brot und Kuchen!) und Restaurants im Ort gefunden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist wunderbar. Ein Mietauto war schon brauchbar. Der Flugverkehr stört kaum, die landenden Flugzeuge sind für die Kinder sogar spektakulär. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenutensilien waren allesamt neuwertig, die Betten groß und gemütlich. Pool und Whirlpool sind traumhaft gepflegt. Giannis war bezüglich Check-in und Check-out sehr flexibel. Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub - leider zu kurz... Danke Giannis!

Le séjour c’est bien passé la piscine en face la villa c’est vraiment un plus avec le billard et table de ping-pong 🏓 la personne qui passe voir si tout se passe bien est super sympa j’ai passé de très bonne vacance en famille je recommande

Die Villa hat einen tollen Außenbereich, mit schönen Pool und großem Garten. Innen ist es etwas rustikaler, aber alles da was man für eine gute Zeit braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ein absoluter Traum – besser geht’s nicht! Wir hatten das große Glück, einige unvergessliche Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa auf Rhodos verbringen zu dürfen – und was sollen wir sagen: Es war perfekt! Die Villa selbst ist ein echtes Juwel – liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und mit einem Ausblick, der einem den Atem raubt. Besonders abends, wenn die Sonne untergeht, ist die Atmosphäre einfach magisch. Doch was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht hat, war Giannis. Ein Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann: herzlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und dabei immer respektvoll und unaufdringlich. Er hat uns mit großartigen Insider-Tipps versorgt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich mit so viel Hingabe gekümmert, dass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Man merkt einfach, dass es ihm am Herzen liegt, seinen Gästen ein echtes Erlebnis zu bieten. Wer eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit echtem griechischen Flair und herausragenden Gastgeber sucht ist hier richtig!

Elias è sempre stato reattivo e gentile nelle sue risposte. la casa era stupenda e pulitissima. per via di un problema idraulico siamo stati spostati in un'altra casa della stessa zona, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema e anzi, siamo stati messi in una casa più bella e grande rispetto a quella che avevamo pagato.

We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!
