Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Fragen und Anliegen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant chalet qui nous a permis de visiter les péninsules du Nord Ouest Islandais. Thorvaldur a été particulièrement compréhensif et prévenant lorsque nous avons eu du retard le jour du départ en raison de problèmes météorologiques. Encore merci et bonne continuation ! Perfect cosy cabin to spend a few relaxing days in nature, well equipped with everything needed! And amazing spot for stargazing and northern lights chasing, far away from light pollution 🌌

First of all, Iceland is a wonderful country. The countryside is beautiful, with the Blue Lagoon, the geyser site, the wonderful waterfalls, the gletsjers. We were there at the end of the year, with a wonderful snowy countryside. The place in Nordurnes is very good. It lies in the mountains in a very nice parc, with lots of space around it. Fully equiped and very good service. All of our questions were answered quickly and adequately. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Iceland and we would recommend the house in Nordurnes to everyone. Thanks a lot, Dan, Mel and Sveinn!

Die Unterkunft war durch die Beschreibung gut zu finden. Das Navi wollte uns über die Straße lotsen, an der eine Schranke war. Ausreichend Platz im Garten nur der Spielplatz hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Der Innenbereich war sehr gemütlich. Ausreichend Platz für uns und unser Gepäck. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, eine Spülmaschine erleichtert das tägliche Essen, Herd, Ofen und großer Kühlschrank. Mixer, Toaster, Waage, ... ich wüsste nicht, was noch gefehlt hätte. Grundausstattung war vor Ort, Salz, Öl, usw. Bequeme und saubere Betten, Verdunkelung durch Raffrollos möglich, Heizung die das Haus sehr schnell erwärmt, Handtüche und Bettwäsche wurden gestellt. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einem hervorragenden Gastgeber in einem gemütlichen Häuschen. Nichts zu beanstanden.

We loved our stay here, the cabin is far enough off the main road that you have real privacy, peace and quiet and more importantly…limited light pollution to spot the northern lights. Despite it’s isolation it’s not too far from the local town with Selfoss only being 15-20 minutes away, meaning it’s very convenient to go out for meals or bringing back shopping before you settle in for the night. Beautiful surroundings, really cosy and homely, perfect location should the Northern Lights show and well worth what we paid, we’ll definitely be returning here

Die Unterkunft ist sehr süß und ausreichend groß. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen von einfachen Gerichten benötigt. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Hot Tub, in welchem man sich super nach einem anstrengenden Tag erholen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We had an amazing stay, we hiked up behind the home and saw some beautiful waterfalls. The home was warm and inviting, and the hot tub was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Puravida. The surroundings were spectacular and the house was excellently appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to prepare a decent meal and the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge were an added luxury. Our kids enjoyed the play equipment in the garden and the playground at the bottom of the hill. The location, although remote, was perfect for us as we love being off the beaten track. It’s easily accessible back to more built up areas. I would highly recommend Lukas and his property!

Beautiful place. Me and my family enjoyed all the amenities, hot tub, sauna, cool pot and the entire place. We look forward to coming back.

The location is great if you want to have an experience in iceland away from Reykjavik but still close to fun tourist attractions. Husafell has plenty to offer while the home itself is spaced nicely away from other houses in this small neighborhood within this little village. The house itself is magnificent. Heated floor makes the house so warm and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and all the amenities are just over the top nice and high qaulity. I've stayed at AirBnBs that were much more expensive and had uncomfortable beds and skimped on every amenity, this was a very welcome surprise compared to those experiences. My favorite was the hot tub which actually used the natural hot water from the ground rather than a heating mechanism... so essentially you are getting your very own hot springs experience included with this rental! The sauna was also a favortite among a number in our party. Would lvoe to come back and spoend more time here!
