While on holiday we are renting our modern family home in Vik, south of Iceland. A two minute walk takes you to a beautiful black sand beach, our property is also walking distance to everything Vik has to offer. From our patio, enjoy watching paragliders descend and Icelandic horses trot by. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and another with king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and separate smaller toilet. Private parking for two cars on location.

The house has everything you need for a family stay. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Seltjarnarnes. Location is still only a few minutes drive from downtown but without the buzz of the city. The house is on 3 floors. First floor has a big bedroom, small bathroom, washing room and kitchen. Second floor has the long living room with TV area and piano area such as shown in the photos. The third floor has a big bathroom with a shower and bath, plus 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom.

Luxurious family friendly house

Our home is loaded with all the equipment and amenities you can think of. There is a beautiful deck and garden in the back as well as a terrace on the second floor with views over the Elliðarár-valley. Our home was fully renovated 18 months ago both inside and outside, it´s therefore like a new house. It is located in an wonderful family neighborhood which is next to a valley with walking paths and a salmon river and at the same time it is only 10 minutes from down town.

Large lovely home, best location !

My home is a bright 160 sq. meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in front of the house. It is located right in the heart of Reykjavík 101, with in a few minutes walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, museums, swimming pool and bus station and the main pick up area for day tours is located by the side of Hallgrímskirkja which is at the top of the street. It is a prime location right in the very center but in a quiet street.

My house is a cozy 100 sq.m. townhouse, a comfortable place to rest in after a day of activity. There is 2 connecting rooms in the attic, one with a double bed, the other is a small working space with one day bed. The middle floor has a kitchen and a living room. The basement has a bathroom, an open space and a bedroom with a smaller double bed. There is a front and a back garden.
