In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

There is a lovely pub serving real ale & home cooked food, a village store, a restaurant, a pizza take away, a chip shop & a childrens outdoor activity centre. Suitable for all, our cosy home is situated on the edge of the moor with a private garden and spectacular views. We are close to the lovey market town of Skipton, the Pennine Way, Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland AONB.
