Lovely place to stay and well set up - we had a very comfortable couple of days Fabulous to be welcomed with fresh produce most of which was home grown in the fridge and a bottle of wine as well as oils and vinegar and tea and coffee Would definitely stay there again

Snorkelling paradise! Nikos and the Stone House were both great. The house is small, but has everything you need, with the pool and BBQ area where we spent most of our time, and the steps down to the sea lead to a perfect spot for snorkelling, where we saw all sorts of types of sea life. Nikos was there with everything we needed, including recommendations of beaches / restaurants etc. Ierepetra is a much nicer town than people say and the Stone House is a 5 minute drive into town. You could walk, but we didn't. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Despinas Wohnung. Einfach alles hat uns gefallen und wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung ist schon toll, die Wirklichkeit ist noch viel besser. Despina ist immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Wir hatten etwas Mühe die Unterkunft zu finden. Ich habe Despina angeschrieben und sie hat sofort reagiert. Sie hat mit uns einen Treffpunkt vereinbart. Dort hat sie dann schon auf uns gewartet 🙏. Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen, es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken in Ostkreta. Ganz lieben Dank, liebe Despina und liebe Grüße an deine Mama ❤️

I loved the apartment and Mochlos so much. Mikalis made our stay fantasic and cozy. He was proactive, warm and flexible (the first day it was very cloudy so the solar system heating the water was not at its top; I wrote a message to Mikalis and he provided guidance in the next five minutes). Even if we did not meet in person, it feels as if we did! Simply put, I would have loved to stay longer, this is one of the places - and hosts - that will stay in mh heart for a long time. Great address, and thank you again for the welcome cookies, they were great!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit dem bezaubernden Garten. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Für jemand allein, als Paar oder auch kleine Familie ideal. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, den schönen Garten will man gar nicht verlassen. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein paar tolle Tavernen ebenso. drumherum sind die Berge, Olivenhaine und sehr herzliche Menschen. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, bemühen sich richtig um ihre Gäste. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Umgebung bekommen. Also, nichts wie hin, für die, die eine schöne ruhige Seite von Kreta genießen wollen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vielleicht kommen wir wieder. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir es unseren Freunden.

Aufgrund der Lage und des Wohnungszuschnitts ein sehr exklusives Appartment. Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt, weitestgehend sauber. Obwohl Maria nicht vor Ort ist, wird man nett empfangen - gute Anweisungen und eine sympathisches Begrüßung. Es ist eine Wohnung, in der auch gelebt wird. Sie ist schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist aber auch folglich viel angesammelt. Die Gastgeberin ist nicht vor Ort. Sie gibt sich aus der Ferne viel Mühe alle Fragen und auch Informationen bereitzustellen. Das sollte man aber auch kritisch hinterfragen. Wir waren Anfang November dort. Mochlos geht zu dieser Zeit in die Winterpause. Das Angebot vor Ort ist nicht mehr vollständig.

Absolutely perfect. If you have landed here and it’s available then just book it, you will not regret it. 12/10! The house is perfect, spotless and comfortable. The pool is clean and just the right size and the gardens are stunning. Aiga as a host is responsive and helpful and all the instructions you need are provided. The WiFi was great and we were left some water and fruit which was fab as we were arriving late. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. What a perfect location with stunning views. If I could live here I would. I’m jealous it’s not my house. We would book again in a heartbeat! Perfect host, perfect house, perfect location.

Ευχαριστώ τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία ! Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα με μοναδική θέα ! Οι οικοδεσπότες ζεστοί και φιλόξενοι και πραγματικά τους ευχαριστώ που παραχώρησαν το διαμέρισμα έστω και για μια μικρή διαμονή ! Είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα επιστρέψω ξανά για περισσότερες μέρες!!!

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst professionelle und freundliche Art der Gastgeber - großes Lob an die Beiden! Wir haben die Wohnung in einem guten und vor allem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Neuer Zustand, modern eingerichtet, klimatisiert, Fenster inkl. Fliegengitter, komfortable Betten und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Aussendusche (separater Raum der von außen zu betreten ist) und einem kleinen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine. Außerdem durften wir uns über einige Gastgeschenke erfreuen (Wasser, Bier, Cocktails, Nüsse, etc). Zudem ist es möglich, die Pools in dem gegenüberliegenden Hotel kostenfrei zu nutzen. Der einzige negative Punkt ist die nicht optimale Lage der Wohnung. Da das Objekt recht hellhörig ist und die Terrasse zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man recht viel vom Verkehr mit (vor allem die vielen Reisebusse waren zu hören).

Situé au 4e étage d'un édifice et localisé tout près du centre d'Agios Nikolaos, ce logement est spacieux, très propre et offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour de brefs et longs séjours. L'hôte, Irini est très gentille, accueillante et est une excellente source d'information. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la baie et le port d'Agios Nikolaos. Malgré la rareté des places de stationnement, nous sommes toujours arrivés à trouver un emplacement à proximité. De nombreux restaurants près du logement et tellement de belles découvertes à faire dans la région. Nous recommandons ce logement pour toutes ces raisons.

Très belle grande maison traditionnelle grecque. Et un jardin extraordinaire avec une vue époustouflante. Avec des petits coins repos hamacs , chaises longues. Splendide salle à manger extérieur. Et un accueil familiale très chaleureux et attentionné

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Die weite Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar und ein Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig.

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

Maria, Thank you for a wonderful stay! I didn’t think it was possible but the apartment was even more beautifully than the photos. It was such a treat getting to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony and look out into the valley. Everything was perfect for our stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

Lovely clean villa and we all enjoyed the great pool area. Stelios was a great host and greeted us on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude, he was always very easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is set in a quiet area and hiring a car to get around is recommended. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, which is a lovely family friendly place to go. We had a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

Audrey was really helpful sorting out transfers and a shopping for when we arrived. The villa and pool area is decorated to a very high standard. We would thoroughly recommend visiting it is a great holiday location

Perfect stay! Host: John was amazing gave us lots of recommendations and made check in and out easy Location: The location is great just 15/20 min drive from Heraklion airport and town. There is a local beach and restaurants that are walkable from the villa which are lovely but if you want to get the most of out of your stay I highly recommend getting a car. The Villa: Honestly the villa was even nicer than the pictures you will not be disappointed! Beds super comfortable aircon amazing! You will feel so well rested. Sitting on the balcony outside the bedroom drinking a coffee in the morning with sea view was absolutely bliss!! The villa had everything you could possibly need. Travel tip: This might be different at different times of year (we stayed in Sept) but outside there are a lot of mosquitoes, John does provide bug repellent but if you are particularly prone definitely bring an extra .

A fantastic villa with a wonderful host. Emmanouil was great from booking, with a few questions we had before we arrived, to check in, during our stay and also for checking out. So pleasant and helpful. The Villa was really clean and modern, well furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We had a great stay! We were five adults a two year old and a baby. Manolis was quick to answer, he welcomed us to the Villa, and gave us a tour of the place. He was quick to respond and very friendly. He also went out of his way, and helped us checkout different places to rent a car before we arrived. The swimming pool was a huge hit! And the hamam was very nice as well! Though I was happy I had read that you are very close with the appartments at the hotel, when you are at the pool! Didn’t bother us. We grilled several times and enjoyed staying outside. Flights are flying over the area, and that was also a big hit with the two year old:) I strongly recommend this place weather it be for a chill vacation at the pool, or Amore active one driving around to the cozy cities around the area.

Wir waren zu 8 für fast 2 Wochen in der Villa Vigla. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Der Pool ist sehr schön und bietet eine tolle Kulisse zum relaxen. Er wird regelmäßig gereinigt und es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme sowie 2 Duschen direkt am Pool. Auch das Meer ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. In Keratokampos gibt es genügend gute Restaurants welche auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zur Not bietet die Pizzeria auch einen Lieferdienst an. Ein Ansprechpartner ist gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert und sie hat auch gute Tips. Die Lage ist super, wenn man die Portela und Kavousi Canyons befahren will, da diese in unmittelbarer Nähe enden. Leider hatten die Canyons im Juli kein Wasser mehr, aber das war zu dieser Jahreszeit zu erwarten. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist der Listis Beach (10min mit dem Auto). Dort kann man gut Schnorcheln und von den Felsen ins Meer springen.
