Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι με ησυχία, κοντά στα μαγαζιά και ο κ. Νίκος ήταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

Nagyon szép és jól berendezett emeleti lakás, ugyan nem a parton, de az erkélyről csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a környező helyekre - a tengerpart kb. 3-4 perc autóval. Nagyon barátságos a család, és rugalmasak, bármiben segítenek ha szükséges. Másodjára voltunk náluk, de minden bizonnyal nem utoljára!

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Incredible place, clean as you like. Value for money at its best. Great location and the host (Marios) was very friendly and eager to help at all times. Would totally recommend!

το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και όχι μόνο. ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα και στα τηλέφωνα. το μόνο ας πούμε αρνητικό είναι το γεγονός ότι εάν είστε τέσσερα άτομα δεν θα είσαστε άνετα διότι θα πρέπει να ανοίγετε και να κλείνετε κάθε τρεις και λίγο τον καναπέ διαφορετικά δεν θα έχει χώρο να κοιμηθείτε διότι διαθέτει μόνο ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ ο οποίος γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. κατά τα άλλα ήταν όλα υπέροχα επίσης βρήκαμε μέσα καφέ ζάχαρη και χυμούς.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο ήταν όλα καινούργια και το μπάνιο πολύ όμορφο και σύγχρονο. Θα μπορουσε βέβαια να ήταν λίγο πιο οικονομικό λόγω του ότι ήταν μικρός ο χώρος, το μπαλκόνι ασφυκτικά μικρό και σε περιοχή εκτός κέντρου. Κατά τα άλλα η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και στην καθαριότητα παίρνει άριστα!!

Great central location, good spaces for the family to relax. Easy access to apartment, close access to reasonable 24 hour parking.

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Very nice apartment in a great location. The bedrooms are comfortable and pristine with a nice balcony. Armin and Jasmine were very kind and reacted immediately to any questions or issues. Thank you for letting us stay!

Everything good. Responsive and helpful host, place is better in person than on pics, very new and clean. No complaints :) Supermarket and many restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Car is definitely recommended to get around to the sites/beaches in the region :)

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και έμοιαζε ακριβώς με αυτό που περιέγραφε ο οικοδεσπότης στην ιστοσελίδα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Άμεση επικοινωνία και ανταπόκριση στα μηνύματα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

Συνεννοήσιμος ευγενικός και όποτε χρειάστηκε μας εξυπηρέτησε. Ένας από τους λόγους που θα το ξανά προτιμούσα το σπίτι είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης. Να είστε καλά.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Très beau appartement, avec une très grande terrasse couverte.

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

We had great time here. Areti was always helpful and proactive. We loved the place, the town, the people and the area. Everything is walking distance and the flat was well furnished and Areti even left some basics like coffee, butter, jams etc to our disposal which always helps when travelling (especially on motorbike). We are very grateful for everything and thank you again for being such a great host!

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung in der nähe der ladokola verschiedene Möglichkeiten um ins Zentrum zu gelangen die Metro station und Bushaltestellen keine 5 min zu fuß. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde definitiv wieder kommen! Danke!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut. Wunderbare Aussicht über das Meer bis Thessaloniki. Einkaufsläden gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Elena war sehr hilsbereit und freundlich.

Situé aux portes du centre ville de Thessalonique, l’appartement de John est idéal pour découvrir la ville sans être dans la foule. Une station de métro et de bus pour l’aéroport à 5 min à pieds, l’appartement en lui même est calme et fonctionnel. Une adresse que je conserverai si je devais revenir à Thessalonique
