Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Also at a walkable distance of 50 metres you can find the famous traditional restaurant ‘ROSA’. Located just 2.5 km from Fira and 10 km from Oia. In a 1km distance there is the beach of Vourvoulos. A quiet and clean beach in which you can relax and enjoy traditional dishes at ‘Limanaki’ tavern.

Mini markets , grocery shops, a bakery and some restaurants are just 7 - 10 min by foot from the house.
