This is a small college town, house is located walking distance two blocks from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. There are Four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen, Living room and washer and dryer on the first floor the second floor has five bedrooms one bath with a full kitchen, living room and washer & dryer.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is private, but is located to many places that are just a scenic drive away. There is fishing and kayaking at Cloe or Hemlock Lake and stream fishing just down the road. Gamelands are close for hunting and there is boating at Yellow Creek State Park or Curwensville Lake. Punxsutawney is a 15 minute drive and Indiana and Dubois are 40. If you would like to venture further there is State College, Pittsburgh, and Benezette. Come stay!!
