Situated just 20 minutes from Des Moines airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Des Moines, you will be able to experience the quiet and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Located 1 block from the National Balloon Museum, 6 blocks from Simpson College and close to Golf course, Bike trails , Walmart and Hy Vee. This space features private entry, a comfortable king bed/large bedroom and an extra single bed plus a 2nd single mattress option available on request. Enjoy a full size Fridge, Dishwasher and Washer / Dryer.

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. One dog only allowed 45 lbs and under with a $50 pet fee. Please let me know in advance if you are bringing your dog.

This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Come stay in this lovely mid-century modern cottage located between Norwalk and Indianola and just 30 minutes south of Des Moines, 15 minutes south of the DSM airport. Beautiful historic duplex house in the heart of woodland heights. Walking distance to downtown and next to Ingersoll avenue which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and more. Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.
