We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. There is a BBQ pit and picnic table located outside the front door. The large pool and beach walkway is a very short walk for you to enjoy. The boat parking is provided at the front of the property by the dumpsters. We have a fish cleaning table. Our beach walkway will lead you to beach marker #3.
