After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Nestled in a quiet wooded cul-de-sac street the Bungalow Near the Sea offers a spacious layout loaded with amenities to make your beach vacation comfortable and enjoyable. Only a 2 minute drive to the beach you will love our Oak Island house for your home away from home. After a day of fun in the sun at the beach return to the house for some down time playing foosball, an array of games, cook out or spend quiet time on multiple patios reading or watching tv. When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
