Great value and location. Between Port and the main village. Easy walk to both up some nice stairs. Peaceful location and nice cool breeze on the balcony.

Great house, location and host very responsive

Excellent séjour avec notre enfant de 16 mois dans ce charmant bungalow avec une vue magnifique et à 5 min à pied de la plage. Logement conforme à la description. La kitchenette permet une cuisine rudimentaire, mais il y a 3 restaurants à proximité accessibles à pieds. Attention la chambre avec les lits simples n'est pas du tout fermée, elle donne directement sur la cuisine.

This home is a gem. We had the best stay here, the memory of which will last for a very long time. The location is perfect, the small private beach suited our family needs 100% and the easy access to the chora and port made it a fun stay for all. There are quite a few steps to get to the house, so only for those without mobility issues. But if the whole family is mobile, this is the place to be. We are very thankful for our stay and how well we were accommodated considering the size of our group. The style of the house and the art made it even more memorable. This is a home to return to!

Simply the best place to stay in Ios. It offers the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a hotel, coupled with the personalized touch of private accommodation. From the moment you step inside, you feel like part of the family, with every need promptly attended to.

It was a great location. Amazing view from the shared front porch. Great location a short walk from Milopotas beach and Chora. The hostess that worked with us was great (Mrs Marrousa). She was kind, and when we took her up on her offer to ask for help, she was extremely helpful. Not only gave us recommendations of places to go, but even helped us get reservations for dinner and a day boat trip when we were having issues with it. The space itself is very minimal but it's all you need since you're spending most of your day at the beach or around town. AC made everything very comfortable. Tiny bathroom but did the job. And definitely go to Pathos for sunset. Totally worth it.

Absolutely wonderful stay in every way! The villa itself is one of the best on the island with a breathtaking view. Getting up the hill to the villa was the trickiest part, although simply renting an ATV and riding up the hill became easy, comfortable, and actually very fun after a few rides! Odile & George were very communicative during every key step, from recommending the best bars, restaurants, beaches, and activities, offering personal rides when needed, to arranging boat tours and even a helicopter ride back to the airport upon departure! Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a fun, romantic, or simply peaceful escape to a beautiful Greek island :)

Kostas was wonderful, friendly, helpful. The place was beautiful…great views of the beach…and a short 3 minute walk down to the water. The pool was absolutely perfect! Recommend!

I loved this Airbnb and the family that owns it! I would recommend staying here over and over again. It was clean, exactly as photographed, great pool and the beach was right around the corner. Niko was a spectacular and responsive host. Stay here!

The bnb of Marousa and Antonis is the ultimate ideal location in Ios: if it weren’t for a couple buildings, you will be directly on the beach, one minute walking distance away. Spacious room and a huge veranda, comfy bed. Also a nice pool, and amazing food on sale made by the hosts. Not to miss: the Greek salad. I’ve never tasted olives of such unique taste. Best moment of the day: the early morning from the veranda, with the early boats, flying bees and chirping birds, framed by a luscious flowerbed on the canopy. A rare find.

Philippo e Julia sono stati fantastici! Estremamente disponibili e soprattutto pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta, ci hanno fornito tantissime informazioni sull’isola. Il punto forte della casa è sicuramente il terrazzo, grandissimo ed è molto bello guardare i tramonti. La zona è centrale, ci sono molte attività vicine ed è facile spostarsi a piedi. Super consigliato!!🫶🏻

Nice location by the beach and lots of restaurants in the area! The house itself was very nice and so was the outside area. Minna was a great host, she was very helpful. Would love to come back in the future :)

We had the most amazing time. The situation of the accommodation was perfect. Ios port is bustling but quiet. We loved the beach bars and restaurants. Everyone we met was so welcoming and friendly. We hired quad bikes & took a boat trip. It was affordable to eat out. We ventured up to the village for one night of partying. The contrast between the port and village is stark. Ios has a party reputation but it’s possible to have a very chilled beach holiday in the port area without ever having to be part of the party scene. The beaches are just stunning!

Manganari beach where the house is located is just the most amazing beach and place on the whole island. The house is three mn walk from this amazing beach. I enjoyed a lot having breakfast with such a beautiful view !

Martial was an incredible host, lovely recommendations, proactive and great communication. The place was also incredible, clean and feel just like home.

absolutely loved this place! would totally stay here again. and Marina was so nice and met us on the first day and the place has incredible views and walking distance to beach. wish we could have stayed longer!

Tutto stupendo! Posizione tranquilla e panorama sul mare eccezionale. Alloggio nuovo, ordinato e pulito, con tutti i confort. Host fantastico, Martha e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto come a casa, molto socievoli e proattive, hanno fatto tutto il possibile per rendere la nostra vacanza eccezionale. Molto consigliato!
