A stylish house at Ios that has beautiful, panoramic sea and sunset view.It is only 5 minutes walking to the beach or the famous Pool club Pathos. The house expands in 3 levels using a few stairs. Ground Level has Master bedroom with double bed,1 bunk bed and bathroom Middle level (this level has the balcony) has 1 double bed and designed as an open space with Upper level where is the kitchen area with dining table. Please note that only one bedroom is private with a door that locks.

Our summer house overlooking the picturesque harbor of Piso Livadi, with uninterrupted seaview. Complete with two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor, as well as the main sitting area, the kitchen and the second bathroom on the ground floor. 300m from the harbor, where you will find small markets, restaurants, small bars and all day coffee shops. 300m as well from Logaras beach, which is ideal for swimming, complete with beach bars and restaurants as well. Ideal for families.

Villa Sikia

The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. With friends or family you can enjoy this house of 120 m² and its beatiful terrace and garden with bougainvilleas and the smell of fig trees . A large lounge and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and their patio form a very pleasant house to live in.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Reve studio with zacuzzi for two, is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 7 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has 1 double bed, a sofa, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
