In the home you will find modern furniture and updated fixtures. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open floor plan. Smart TVs in all the bedrooms. A kitchen with all necessary items. Washer and Dryer for laundry. Large yard, Charcoal Grill, outdoor fire pit, and HOT TUB. A large wrap around deck with porch swing, hammock, and patio set.

The two door "saddlebag" cabin is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest and near McKee, a Kentucky Trailtown. Nestled in a small valley, our quaint cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. Get off the beaten path at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated atop a small hill on a ridge traversed by a dead-end road, the 510 sq ft cabin is on a wooded lot. Ideal for couples, it is a one bedroom with walk-out deck, large front porch, and a tv room with futon. It has a well-appointed kitchen area with new appliances, cherry and tongue and groove pine paneling throughout, vaulted ceiling, solid oak flooring, large picture windows, and a tv/work area.

Bella Vista sits on 175 acres of pasture, woods, trails and a beautiful creek in the Red Lick Valley. Once a large-scale horse farm we currently have only four pasture puffs who you will see grazing around the cabin. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walk the creek looking for Kentucky agates, geodes, explore the trails, or just take solace in the peace and quiet of the cabin. We bought the farm in 2020 and are in the process of bringing it back to its glory days.

This open floor design features live edge tables, a large, 75” screen tv with internet based channels, great wifi & an amazing view of the mountains & sunrises right outside your door! Your private deck has comfortable seating & a hot tub provided for your comfort. A grill & fire pit along with charcoal & wood is provided! *hosts live upstairs-we will honor quiet hours of 11pm-7am.
