Wonderful house with an even better view of the lake. Had plenty of space for 12 guests. The biggest complaint was that the bunk beds are pretty wobbly, but the rest of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Hieu reached out 2 days beforehand and gave me clear instructions on how to get in and the house rules. I would come here again, especially is their pontoon and jet ski became available.

Spacious and comfortable waterfront home with a nice dock and new large deck with comfortable patio furniture. Kitchen was clean and had a nice appliances. Very comfortable large couch and nice dining table with great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable and window air units worked well in the hot days we were there. Good kid and pet friendly stay. Home was equipped with kayaks and water pad as well as many yard games and board games for the rainy days. Owners were very responsive and helpful and had good recommendations for local restaurants. Would recommend this to others.

Lovely lake cottage. Very clean, recently renovated, well appointed. Private, great lawn, nice deck, excellent location on the lake. The hosts were very responsive. Terrific value. We would highly recommend this property and these hosts. Great spot to relax and unwind.

Toddy's lake house was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with old friends. There was more than enough room for us to enjoy ourselves while having our own space and the location on the lake was incredible. It truly had everything you could want including a grill, firepit & chairs, dock, bar, pool table, board games, tv, bluetooth sound bar... the list goes on. Todd was easy to get in touch with and very hospitable. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

The place was great! We had a fun hunting trip, and the home was a perfect place to rest, relax, eat, and play games. Would definitely return for another visit.

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! Fantastic stay for family of 4 (with 2 children), and grandparent couple. Everything as advertised. Love Buffalo and the little downtown. Small town feel at a great price and location. Thought of everything including black makeup face washcloths, plenty of towels in bathroom. Bathroom was spotless including tub/shower curtain. Nice soaps provided. Comfy beds and pillows and I’m a mattress snob. Noise machines for each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen although would love to see reusable plastic plates/cups for littles. Exactly what we wanted and needed for our stay. Highly recommend trying out the ice cream shop and Forget me Not cafe across the street. Several really nice playgrounds/parks nearby. Family paradise! Would love to stay again next fall! Thank you Jenny for opening your home to us!

The pictures do not do this air bnb justice. We loved this air bnb and one of the best we have stayed in. The home is nice and inviting. It was super clean and everything worked as it should. The air bnb was nicely done and didn’t have any squeaky floors. The residence is separate from the main hosts. They will wave and say hi but they are not a bother. They are responsive as well. There is WiFi from 6am-10 pm, which wasn’t an issue for us. With most air bnbs, they give 1 roll of toilet paper but there are stores within 6 miles. Theres lot of parks and shopping in the area and it’s a safe neighborhood. There is a love seat in the living room. The only small complaint is the bed is not as pictured. My husband is very tall and does not fit in bed with a footboard. The bed in the listing showed one without a footboard but when we got there, there was a different bed frame. Not a huge issue though and we made it work.
