Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.

The apartment is accessed by a 10+step, staircase and is not handicapped accessible.
