A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Fully refurbished in 2022, Sparrow’s Nest Cottage is set alongside a Victorian house and has picturesque views of the rolling North Downs. The cottage is right on the North Downs/Pilgrim’s Way and is 6 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. The quintessential Kent village of Chilham is nearby, with the coast at Whitstable only a 30 minute drive away. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

Slip Cottage is in the conservation are of Whitstable just off the High Street with its unique boutique shops, Restaurants and Bars both family and dog friendly. Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.
