Очень красивый вид из окон апартаментов. Выход на крышу где можно попить кофе, чай и понаблюдать за чайками. В апартаментах Всё необходимое для жилья есть., гостеприимный и весьма вежливый хозяин. Приятная, домашняя обстановка. Рядом много кафешек, магазинчики, пекарни, парки. Нам очень понравилось. Рекомендуем.

Big and cozy apartment, minutes walk from from transport commute hub. Very quiet location, beautiful views, lot of restaurants nearby. I would like to stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Loved being right by the beach but easy access to the city. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The Airbnb is spacious, clean and very well located! There are many shops, restaurants and markets within walking distance. The host, Ali, was great and Nazli was helpful

Много добро разположение с изглед към морето. Наблизо е Fishekhane с много ресторанти и кафенета от гарата Zeytinburnu лесно може да се отиде до центъра. Има подземен паркинг. Emrach също беше много отзивчив.

La casa Denizhan è in una posizione comodissima, ben servita dalla metropolitana e con un parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. È una stanza pulita e il terrazzo condominiale da cui ammirare il tramonto sul corno d'oro vale tutto il prezzo. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul, ci tornerei volentieri

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Будинок чудовий! дуже гарний та всюди було чисто! Все необхідне є в будинку! Поряд є багато кафешок та ресторанів, а ще 2 хв від будинку набережна з чудовим видом.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Logement parfait très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire, conforme à la description, la vue sur le Bosphore et la mosquée est magnifique du matin au soir. Logement impeccable d’une propreté parfaite !! Proximité devant le ferry vers les îles ou Kadikoy, funiculaire vers Taksim, bazar mosquée bleue juste en face. Palais à visiter juste en face également. De très bons déjeuner à 10 minutes. Samet était très réactif avant pendant et même après le séjour ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !!

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
