Honestly, I was reluctant to book because we were staying with the host, but after speaking with Jessica upon arrival I felt right at home. She made sure we understood that if we needed anything to just ask. The place was nice and clean, we could tell it was new and built properly. Can’t say I’d book another place where you stay with the host but if it were Jessica’s place I wouldn’t hesitate.

My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Very convenient location for a short stay to go to a wedding in Jefferson. The stores and restaurants in walking distance came in handy. Well kept grounds and awesome amenities. Convenient to DT Athens. Only 10 min drive. The unit was very spacious and beds were comfortable. We would definitely book this again when visiting family.

Great place, awesome location near to downtown Athens! Great on a weekend as the rest of the building is mainly empty so it is very quiet!

This unit is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and uncluttered. The location has restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and even more options just a bit further out. Madeline is a proactive, friendly, and responsive host who clearly prioritizes her guests' experiences. For informational purposes: The listing and some reviews mention the proximity to a concrete plant. For light sleepers, it's worth noting that during our stay, the plant operated from 1am until 3-4pm daily (except Sunday), creating a non-stop, loud background noise. This aspect made it incredibly difficult for me to obtain a full night's rest (despite using my sleep-specific earplugs), but I understand that not everyone is as sensitive to noise while sleeping, so it may not be an issue for you. Madeline thoughtfully provides white noise machines to help mitigate this. Otherwise, this unit ranks among the top Airbnbs I've stayed at in my 30+ stays over the past 2 years.

Went for the UGA game! There weren’t many options but we were able to snag Cindy’s place. Wasn’t too far & I thought it looked better than the pictures. We were also able to have an early check in.

We had a nice stay! The house was just as described—nothing fancy or luxurious, but it had all the basics we needed. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, and the accommodations were comfortable. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay.

Some family and I stayed at Robert’s place for a nearby wedding. The home was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, and it matched the description and photos perfectly. I loved that each room had its own bathroom, and that there was plenty of seating for socializing and spending time with one another. Robert and Traci were responsive and gave clear instructions - they were awesome hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would stay here again! Thank you!

Randy's AirBnB was so comfortable. There were _so many extras_ and fun decor that made it not only feel like home but feel like they were delighted to have me in their place. My dogs are old, so they only need a small yard, but this yard is level, grassy, and big enough to exercise a young dog. Comfortable beds--we all slept great. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot if you are looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, but still easily walkable to multiple restaurants, bars, and downtown. The space was more than enough, and the kitchen was perfect for group breakfasts before exploring for the day! Checkin was a breeze and very flexible, and the checkout time was late enough that we were able to fit multiple morning activities, get back, shower, and head out. My next trip to Athens, I will be reaching out to Melissa/checking this location’s availability. Thank you for such a great stay!

Elva is a great communicator and provides clear instructions. As a hostess she has thought of her guest needs. The home is updated, decorated pretty, well stocked and very comfortable. As soon as we opened the front door the house smelled freshly cleaned and was spotless. The cleanest house I have ever stayed in! The location is quiet and peaceful. A short ride to downtown Athens and convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and look forward another soon!

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mere’s place! They were very communicative and the house was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location right next to the highway and close to downtown and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if back in the Athens area.

We loved our stay over the G Day weekend! So convenient to UGA and the house was perfect for me and my sisters. So clean and Don was so helpful.

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

Obsessed with the design & decor in this condo - modern, clean, beautiful. Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen. His & her sinks, comfortable bedrooms w/ blackout blinds, updated bathroom. Perfect location downtown. Will be booking again next time we're in Athens!

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
