It was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington and the host was so kind and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about how your stay is and there were so many thoughtful details! My family is already asking when we can visit again.

We had an amazing time! We were super happy with the bedrooms. We loved having the separate playroom from the living room (they even had a great selection for extra toys!). Diana was super responsive and was quick with any questions we had. The pool was great - the backyard play area was amazing with kids. Overall, we would stay again and recommend to anyone looking in the area!

The hosts provided great, easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and proactively sent messages to ensure everything was okay once we had arrived. We didn't need assistance with anything during our stay. House was clean, well stocked (every kitchen item you could possibly need) and a great layout. LOVED the covered deck off the kitchen. We would absolutely rent from Kim and hear team again, both at this location and are looking to their other properties as well for future visits!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing to have for the kids. Hosts supplied everything you’d need for beach and or pool. Cathy was very helpful and so friendly. It was our first time in NC and we did not want to leave. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future! Thank you for hosting us!

We loved this place, felt like home, so many activities around the house to do and very spacious. Jonathan had very great communication when asking him anything before getting the Airbnb and during our stay. We would totally love to come back again.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

My daughters and I had a terrific stay at this property over Easter Weekend in 2025. It was perfect for us -- a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to a cluster of restaurants and shops and ice cream. Highly recommended!

Alex a été un hôte très gentil, accueillant et très arrangeant. Il a été très bienveillant; et a pris bien soin de nous. Il a pris soin que nous nous sentions à l’aise chez lui ainsi que dans la ville. Ses conseils et recommandations ont été très utiles pour mieux se repérer et profiter au mieux de Wilmington. La maison est charmante, très accueillante et pleine de jolies couleurs; on se sent comme chez soi. Tout est propre et il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition dans la maison. Le fait que nous puissions nous garer devant chez lui est très pratique! En bref, nous avons été charmé par notre séjour et par la gentillesse d’Alex, et nous avons hâte de revenir séjourner dans son logement dans le futur!

We just loved staying at this end of the beach! We had always stayed closer to the restaurants and action, but since my 92 year old mother needed an elevator, for this family weekend, we gave Emily’s home a try. The reviews were so positive, so we couldn’t go wrong. The house was exactly what we needed. Truly a house for eight people with dining for eight. A big kitchen where we could all help out with preparing meals. Rocking chairs in the front deck facing the ocean- overlooking and empty beach lot- where we could see wind and kite surfers. The breeze was fabulous up there, and Emily provides pillows and blankets to make it all super comfy. There is only one tv, so that the house becomes about togetherness— we only turned it on one night and for Formula 1 ;) For our family, that was PERFECT! We walked in the beach but did not have time to sit on the beach. Emily has beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for the young and old! We will definitely come back to this very special house!!!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

The house was exactly as described and was very clean except for a few sticky spots on the kitchen table and the half wall dividing the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked in terms of dishes, cutlery, and spices, although we did not see any oil or ketchup or other condiments handy, so be sure to bring those with you if desired. If you want to rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or any other beach equipment, we had a great experience using Topsail Beach Service (dot) com - they delivered it right to the house with free delivery and pickup, including the paddles and life jackets, making it super easy to explore the sound from the dock/boat launch!

The host is very responsive and helpful and was able to accommodate our schedule. I would recommend this spot and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was really comfortable and had a wonderful backyard that our dog loved. When we make reservations a fenced backyard is the first thing we look for. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Wilmington whether you have a dog or not. Would love to stay here again (if available) on our next trip to Wilmington.

This location is literally a dream spot. I enjoyed every second. The house was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. I did not want to leave. Ty was always available for any issues. Ty was flexible with our arrival & departure. I am absolutely going back again & again. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were a perfect size for my family. I loved the old stove. Water pressure was great for the showers. I recommend 100%

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Had a wonderful stay! James was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to loan us a high chair so we didn’t need to travel with one. He was very responsive and kind! House is in a perfect location to travel all around in a quick trip - downtown, Wrightsville beach, midtown, monkey junction, the airport. It was serene and nestled in the woods and we will definitely be staying there for future visits!

Exactly as described and pictured! When entering the spacious, cozy and comfortable home I only felt welcomed. Maybe it was the responsiveness from the Creekwood Cottage Team or the cleanliness, dust free space, or labeling for lights, or ceiling fans, that’s wholly appreciated. The mattresses were heaven sent…I am short 5’1, had to climb to get onto the bed in my room -2nd bedroom, however, worth the climb! Restful, sound sleep with a ceiling fan to boot! Roku TV’s in each room with nightstands and lamps. Their attention to every detail is remarkable. It’s the little things for me. Extra towels, blankets, games and yes, peace. Quiet, safe neighborhood with folks walking pets and kids. I loved coming home from the quick drive downtown New Bern after a day of exploring. Grocery stores, Harris Teeter, Food Lion and restaurants close by. Did not venture into the game room, or cook in the kitchen or hang out in the fenced back yard but next time will do! Love this space!!

Great location, easy find , close to everything

Our stay was very nice.. The place is exactly like the photos, the kitchen is fully stocked, the wifi was perfect, and the beds were very comfortable! The hosts even provided some complementary detergent for the washing machine! Our only issue was with the smart TV’s responsiveness. (The apps were really slow and glitchy, but our Fire Stick and Switch console worked great when plugged in.) A final note: be sure bring a throw/blanket or an extra towel if you require one! (There are only 2 towels per room.) Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend it for sure!

It was very clean and comfortable. The place was spacious and the decor was wonderful. It was such a a peaceful getaway. I have plans to come back and stay again.
