Strandbastun bokas vintertid (1.12–31.3) separat för 50 €, inklusive ved och vatten. Vid mycket kall temperatur behövs längre uppvärmningstid och når lägre värme.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Sijainti on aivan mahtava, vieressä parin sadan metrin päässä ovat suuret marketit Prisma ja Citymarket palveluineen. Junabussin päätepysäkki sijaitsee muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Kaupungin torille on matkaa vain noin kilometrin verran. Asunto on remontoitu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu.
