The place was fantastic and really spacious. Modern and had extras such as dishwasher, air purifier and even Netflix! It was also really nice to have staff meet us in person and check in with us. They also went the extra mile to help me receive a package that a friend had courier over. 👍🏻 The only letdown was that the AC in the master bedroom had some electrical problems that would trip the whole house when on. In the end we had to off that AC. But we appreciate their responsiveness in helping us to try to fix it. Overall this place is definitely recommended and you will not go wrong.

Great Stay! Clean and comfortable

We spent the most amazing time at Riders Ridge. Peter & Mogi made our stay so easy and were so helpful with local information. The house was amazing, we had a big group of 13 people and we had so much space. Myoko has our heart. We will be back.

The Property is great close to hirafu if you're using public transportation the bus stop is just 2 mins walk also from this place. The house is perfect for 5 people bit if you don't mind using floor mattres 6-7 would fit too.. I f you have your own car 2 parking slots are allocated also nice option if you've 2 cars in a big group. There's a nice restaurant just outside also perfect for quick meals and for late night drinks. I would definitely book them again next year.

La estadía en el alojamiento de Kome fue cómoda y muy práctica ya que viajamos en familia con niñas pequeñas y bebés. Su chalet cuenta con todo lo necesario para recibir una familia numerosa con pequeños niños. El anfitrión es bastante atento y responde con rapidez. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona montañosa de hermosa vista y cerca de un parque indoor para niños, especial para climas lluviosos o frio. Todo estuvo perfecto, lo recomiendo 🙏

We are a family of four and stayed at Matt's lovely chalet for a month. It has been a 5 star great experience. Chalet is perfect with everything you ever need for a vacation or if you work remote (great wifi connection). Apart from all the good things that have been mentioned like the cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, easy parking space and etc, the mattress of all the beds are very good quality and super comfortable! If you're light sleepers, you'd sleep like a baby here especially when its neighborhood is also peaceful and quiet (yet really convenient and close to everything) Matt and his team are amazing. They would do all they can to make your stay great. We truly enjoyed our stay! The only downside of this place is that, one month isn't enough. We'd like to come back soon!

Finding the house in the dark after 14 hours of travel was really difficult, but Hideki was very patient with us and responsive. The rest of the trip was smooth sailing. The house was cozy, clean, spacious, and practical. My son had a blast just playing in the endless snow. We rode the free shuttle to Goryu/Iimori (bus stop at end of driveway) 2 days, then took a different free shuttle from Echoland (10min walk) to Tsugaike. We walked 8-18 min in either direction to great restaurants and the 2 supermarkets. We took an Uber a couple times as well (1000+ yen). Extremely great value for this gem of an updated country cabin- we would definitely stay here again.
