This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Welcome! New build home in a resort golf course community. Resort offers a swimming pool and restaurant in the neighborhood. Conveniently located 7 minutes to boat ramp on Lake Sam Rayburn. 3-bedroom, two-bath, open floor plan. Large back patio for relaxing in the evenings. Secluded on 3/4 acre in the woods and backs up to a small creek. It is the only house on the block. Ample parking with a side drive and cleared lot for boat and trailer parking.
